A tired voice can result in vocal strain or even vocal injury.

One of the key parts of being a good singer is making sure that your lungs are in a healthy condition. Many
beginner singers are surprised to discover how athletic of an undertaking singing can be. To help expand lung capacity and keep your cardiovascular health in good condition, take up a regular exercise routine. Don’t worry, no one is expecting you to train for a marathon! But getting out and walking or taking part in cardio three days a week will go a long way. 

Tip #4: Don’t smoke.


It goes without saying, that smoking is extremely bad for your health. It has a huge impact on vocal quality as well by putting undue and unnecessary strain on your voice and the vocal folds. Plus, smoking can lead to cancer and other diseases that affect the lungs, throat, and even the heart. For the betterment of your voice and overall health, kick the habit of smoking and avoid secondhand smoke.
